RIDE THE WAVE: Our mission is to cultivate opportunities for conversations about mental health where they may otherwise not exist. The mental health movement isn't about getting rid of anxiety, depression, or thoughts of suicide – It's about learning how to ride the waves of darkness.

Our primary goal is to spread a message of Hope and to shed light on the importance of continuous improvement in our mental health. Just as we all spend a great portion of our lives exercising and working out in different ways to take care of our bodies, we need to understand how vital it is to take care of our minds.
